The Management Team
Gary A. Taylor, owner, developer and manager, has developed over 2.5 million square feet of retail/office projects, as well as constructed over a quarter of a billion dollars in projects in the Southeast with an emphasis on leasing facilities to Fortune 500 companies. The GAT Team recognizes the value of building a facility on schedule and within budget. Our experience has shown that all parties benefit if the entire project is scheduled out in advance in order to monitor and evaluate its progress. Using our project system, all major decision points that must be completed on time are identified.

Paul Taylor

Experience
Paul has a wide range of experience with a cumulative ten years in the construction, engineering, and architectural industries. Paul began working as an assistant foreman on construction projects for Gary A. Taylor Construction ten years ago, and has since worked on Department of Defense and the Department of Energy projects while studying material and mechanical engineering. In addition to experience in construction and engineering, Paul has an advanced degree in architecture and is well versed in site and architectural design.
