Newest restaurant in Columns an old favorite

Something old leaves Stonebridge Boulevard for Vann Drive while a few new businesses are added to the roster at Park Place East and West.

Jimmy Johns Gourmet Sandwiches picks up 300 square feet when it moves next door to Buffalo Wild Wings in The Columns from its 10 Stonebridge Blvd. location.

“I’m not sure when we will open, but it should be in November,” Bob Stewart, who owns the Jackson franchise, said. “Everything on the menu will remain the same. The building is in the range of 1,800 square feet, and we will have a lot more outdoor seating.”

Stewart said the visibility from I-40 will be greater, but the main reason for relocating is a drive thru window.
